  3. And a quiet military build up. And expansion in to what are considered international waters. They're already encroaching on sovereign territory of smaller Asian nations. This is going to lead to war if unchecked. Getting the regime to turn away from totalitarian central plans, allowing workers to move up as they earn it, and ultimately allowing workers to vote and open elections is the only way to solve these problems without war.

Some sovereigns claim to rule under the doctrine of "the rule of law" and most of them just straight up lie about what that means. You thinking that the WTO represents "the rule of law" (as opposed to "rules based world order" as a mere ideal) shows that you have no clue what you're talking about. "China has experienced many collapses as an empire. China knows where the problem is and we are open to telling the truth, but the USA just don't want to listen." China has no "rule of law." China is ruled by the Communist Party. Since you're completely unfamiliar with the discourses you don't even know what the terms mean. The rule of law implies that all humans must live under the same rules and that the weakest aggrieved person can follow a transparent process to bring evidence to court and get justice under a transparent system. China can't even conceive of such a thing. And that is the root problem. Chinese inhabitants don't even have enforceable natural rights to participate in such discourses. They are ruled by a regime and are policed for thought crimes and can not argue for justice using evidence and a transparent egalitarian legal framework. You can't even conceive of such things.
