  2. Hillary is a criminal. But since you ask, sometimes Federal Executive Branch employees need Pardons for crimes that are not crimes when ordered or sanctioned by the President. And instead of revealing the scandalous EO he issues a Pardon. Obama should have Pardoned Hillary but he could not tolerate the scandal. They're all aholes. Obama was on that Clinton pirate server and in that sense he tacitly approved of its use. All of national security law is under the power of the sitting President. And that is the best explanation for Bill Clinton's hunt for a Pardon. Hillary is a criminal that was sanctioned by Obama. And they pretended like it was all SOP. They're all liars.

  3. It's basically admitting that they did in fact violate the law when they falsely targeted Trump. They're afraid that Trump will prosecute them for their actual criminal activity but what they say is that Trump is going to somehow go beyond the law with Special Counsels and so forth. Hmmm. Are they not the ones that created this new status quo? Obviously. They just don't want to admit it because what they really think is that Marxists are "punching up" and always innocent of criminal intent. They have to bring "equity" by vanquishing Capitalism. It's right there in the Equality Clause of their demented imaginations.

  4.  @tim1883  No, it's not. And nobody has ever dealt with challenging a categorical Pardon like Nixon got and especially like Hunter's 11 blanket Pardon. Accepting a Pardon can be a condition placed by the President and courts might refuse to hear petitions for relief since the Pardon obviated the case with respect to the judiciary. None of these ideas are encoded in the law. And very often the people issuing sketchy Pardons are always double dealing and promoting double-dealing judges as well. The Hunter Biden Pardon is an unprecedented scandal and he only pled to the gun charge, as far as I know.
