  29.  @Fitefears  Cher started auto tune. T Pain brought it back to mainstream in the new era. Lil Wayne made it to where it was credible for rappers to sing and rap without effort. Kanye followed. Reggaton is debatable since I'm not familiar with the following entirely, but as far as I'm aware they still use auto tune regularly. And yes March 2008 is before November 2008. That's 8 Months.
