She was weak, so weak to the point she wasn't able to do what she's supposed to do as a mother that is to protect her children. Wake up. Don't make religion a scape goat for your weakness because if you do that then you are definitely out of touch with reality.

@heathersewell6474 yup you just said everything that had to be said. Unfortunately some parents don't realize the pain and trauma they cause to their own children. That pain and trauma will be a battle when that kid grows up.
