Man, I always feel so bad for the wives in these instances. You're entire world crumbles in an instant. Everything you thought you knew about your husband...is crushed. So heartbreaking.

Aside from the importance of making smart choices as a parent, this is an example of why emotional stability is vital to your children. Simply stepping behind the cruiser, facing the music, and handling your business could have saved his own kids a lot of trauma. Your kids don't deserve to see you act absolutely crazy man. It's traumatizing.

I've always respected LEO's for the sheer danger of the job, but I have a whole new level of respect knowing they deal with grown ass adult babies like this regularly. That takes a level of patience few have.

Officer: Count to thirty... Kid: Counts to 75 Officer: Try to imagine 30 seconds passing and let us know when that happens.... Kid: Counts to 20. Officer: Do you know your ABC''s? Kid: Yeah my car?

I've been drunk (and I stopped drinking altogether before I became THIS)...but I've never been THIS drunk. Good on you though. It's gotta be something else seeing yourself like this when you sober up. Keep up the great work! You are worthy of it!

Bingo. My bro in law was hit head on at 60mph by a drunk. Was the guys EIGHTH DUI offense and the SECOND time injuring someone...and he still had a license. It's permanently revoked now and he's got several more years in jail still, but why are people given as many chances as it takes to severely hurt or kill someone before actual stiff punishment is dealt?

Hats off to those who have to view that crap as a matter of law enforcement. More so to have to see it on the phone of someone in front of you...and NOT start pounding their face in on the spot. That's a self control, while you probably would prefer not to have in that moment, but choose to anyway.

Person: *Doesn't want speeding ticket Person: *Opts for multiple felonies instead

I present to you the Democrat party lol!
2
Guy: *Get's placed on probation. Also guy: "I'm gonna go put bright flashing lights on my car that tell everyone I'm committing a crime while on probation."
2
2022 society in a nutshell: *Runs in to active day care to escape police while (at best judgement at the time) armed with a gun, and promptly busts his mouth open after tasing..."I'm gonna sue yall!"

I hear you. I was fortunate enough to recognize it was getting harder to and harder to control and stopped altogether, but I know what you mean by it being in control...until it's not. Noticed my tolerance slowly rising and decided enough was enough while I could still easily make the choice.
2
I appreciate you making the choice to clean up. Easier said than done, but let the shame go. Absolutely be a better person and never stop striving for it, but if you have paid for those decisions, it's done. No shame if you ask me. Remorse yes, for sure. But no shame.
2
Part of me says it must be hard dealing with such difficult people...but then again, I feel like as a cop you learn to disconnect from it. You know they are hammered and saying stupid stuff, or they are just very troubled and trying to get under your skin...so you learn to disconnect from it, let them say what they are gonna say and be difficult if they choose to be (to an extent of course), and let it roll.

Not me for a second thinking "You can get a prescription for meth?" hahahah
1
Man, it's gotta be a different feeling having to take down one of your own. Pissed off enough having to stop a drunk driver as it is...just to find out it's someone who's supposed to have your back out there...

The longer people think they can be the hero in instances like this, the worse it's gonna get. No one except the Clintons are exempt from the law. There's never an instance like this where the cops are gonna say "Ok, you are right, have a great night ladies.". It ONLY goes bad for you. IF there's an issue, have your day in court. Or...land a charge. Whichever you want more. God bless these officers. Lord knows exactly what was on their minds. One wrong move would have triggered a riot and them on CNN being slammed endlessly.

At least he can rest assure he has the support of all the homeless crackhead in the park.

Genuine question, being that I'm not in law enforcement, I don't know why...but why do they put their guns in the lock box before entering the building? I assume so it's not exposed to the criminals inside?
1
And a google search confirmed exactly this hahahahah
1
Damn that's a good girl! All the treatos.
1
I bet she's front and center at every BLM and Antifa protest lol! She clearly hasn't been told no very much in life...

Me: *Looking up song from 7:05 that goes dananananana.

Just start throwin em in jail. The patients can not be running the asylum. At some point, stiff penalties MUST start taking place. You do not have the freedom to interfere with law enforcement. $1000 min penalty 1st offense. Hit him hard and hit em fast.

This is a mass scale example, but it IS an example of how one stupid decision destroys everything and everyone around you. His marriage...destroyed. His wifes mental health...damaged (though only short term hopefully). His kids lives...upside down in an instant, with a hurting mom, missing dad, and no idea why. His career...destroyed. His community...shocked and disgusted. ALLLLLLL for what? To fuck a kid. To hell with this bastard.

Anyone else see that this guy crashed his car drunk in front of a brewery...the irony is amazing.

@keldonmcfarland2969 Yuuup. I remember that one. Scumbags.

@loricrane5315 Congratulations.

Yeaaaa you blew .07 two hours later. There's a little thing called math. Ya use it to deduce what your BAC would have been at the time of the incident.
1
100% that was the best he could possibly do to "be a brother" to the guy. Best thing anyone can do is zip it till you are with a lawyer.

Kid in a car with whole traffic light pole on top of it when cop walks up: How are you running so fast?
1
"As long as my car get's home safe." Yeah....

Driver: CORCORAN! C-O-R-C-A-N... LEO: Corckin? Driver: Yes. Corcracon. LEO: Porkrind?
1
Criminals in general make me cringe, but there's something especially "EW" about these types. For obvious reasons. But just seein them makes both your stomach turn, and your fists ball up in rage.
1
Oh this dude is 100% a Colonel in the ANTIFA army hahahaah!
1
Lady: You have till the count of THREE! One...two...three! Officer: Crap, she got to three...alright, you are free to go mam. Have a nice day.
1
I have a 0 tolerance policy for this garbage...but I couldn't stop laughing at how the light pole slightly fell apart for 5 straight mins every time the guy moved...
1
Talk about unlucky criminals. Saw a video on Active Self Protection of a dude that tried an armed robbery on a store that had nothing but off duty cops in it doing some shopping. He was swiss cheesed pretty quickly.
1
Guy in his own head: Listen officer, I am deeply sorry for causing this accident. I made a bad mistake, I appreciate you all being here to set me straight and teach me a lesson. Guy actually: "BWLEBLEHHHHH! FUCK YOU! I LOVE YOU GUYS THOUGH! THIS SONG GOES NANANANAN!
