I'm all for a solid work life balance, and trying to make work as stress free as we can for our own health...but when you condition your employees to be all but pushed around the building in a stroller...you are asking for a bad time. SOME stress is not a bad thing. Having SOME stress better prepares us to handle the REALLY stressful things that inevitably happen.

  7. The entire idea is diametrically opposite the standard American justice method of "Innocent until proven guilty". These people are eagerly demanding "Guilty until proven innocent." They are demanding your arrest if only cause they don't like you, and THEN doing whatever they can to find something to justify the arrest, and either way...you are left to adequately convince them you are not guilty. This is a HORRIFYING thing to consider.

  8. These woke freaks are eliminating themselves. Companies are slowly but surely beginning to see that they go broke when they cater to the woke. In this case literally. When you, as a company, have to consider "mental health days" because of a goofy book on Amazon (Matt Walsh Best Selling Childrens Book Author lol), or because the SC made a decision your employee may not like...or when you may just lose the production of 10, 20, 30 employees who are so weak they can't handle the slightest woke stressor...you begin getting rid of them. Finally, we are at a point where these perpetual children will simply not have jobs until they decide to grow the hell up and live in the real world.

  9. Ehhhhhh....if ANYTHING Republicans have become LESS conservative. Most Republicans aren't concerned with gay marriage anymore. The left has gone DRASTICALLY further left in the same time that Republicans have, if anything, become slightly less Republican.

  11. Let's think this through about the first two steps here. Say I'm a college charging $250,000 for 4 year tuition. Now, I know the government will guarantee I get at least $10,000 of that no matter what. Multiplied over an average of 10,000 students...and your local college is now guaranteed $100,000,000 in tuition. So...what does any business do? Lower their prices? Hell no. They charge at least $260,000 now. If I sell a mug for $5, and the government guarantees I will make at least $2.50 of that $5...I'm charging $7.50 so the customer is still only paying $5...the government pays me $2.50...and now the mug gets me an extra $2.50/mug with no extra charge to the customer at all.
