I'm all for a solid work life balance, and trying to make work as stress free as we can for our own health...but when you condition your employees to be all but pushed around the building in a stroller...you are asking for a bad time. SOME stress is not a bad thing. Having SOME stress better prepares us to handle the REALLY stressful things that inevitably happen.

  2. These woke freaks are eliminating themselves. Companies are slowly but surely beginning to see that they go broke when they cater to the woke. In this case literally. When you, as a company, have to consider "mental health days" because of a goofy book on Amazon (Matt Walsh Best Selling Childrens Book Author lol), or because the SC made a decision your employee may not like...or when you may just lose the production of 10, 20, 30 employees who are so weak they can't handle the slightest woke stressor...you begin getting rid of them. Finally, we are at a point where these perpetual children will simply not have jobs until they decide to grow the hell up and live in the real world.
