As an individual, you should NEVER be content to stay where you are. There should ALWAYS be some next "level" of personal achievement or something you are aspiring to. You may not hit it today, tomorrow, or in the next 5 years...but would it make sense to then say "Well, I'm a no good very bad person, and I should just start from scratch with a whole new foundation..."
