@Jillb1950 Nope. It's their job to report what's happening on it's face. It's the viewers job to make up their mind about what they are seeing. Particularly an outlet who routinely airs lies then saying they care about spreading lies hahahah! But journalists and media outlets are not designed to be arbiters of truth.

@billbally4419 Honest in the sense that they are expected to report a story on it's face value. Not read in to it and assume evil intent in either direction with no evidence.

@kayakuprising5914 Research yes. And then providing the information on it's face, free of bias, and allowing the viewer to do with that information what they would like. But big names in the industry have already made it known they believe their job is to tell us what to think. So, from their perspective, if say Trump does X/Y/Z...they interpret that for us, tell us why he's a horrible person for whatever the heck it may be and expect us to believe it. Likewise, when Biden does A/B/C, they are to tell us it's totally fine and normal and awesome and how great he is, and our job is to accept that as fact without question. THAT is what I am against. Their job is not to for our opinions. When there's a car accident, they are to tell us there was an accident. When facts emerge, such as a DUI, we are to be told it was a DUI. We are not supposed to get their entire political background from the media and lead to believe they crashed because they were a white conservative male.

@rdberg1957 True. And unless they are expressly an opinion writer, they should be obligated to report the facts on the face. If the left does something foolish, they should report it as such of they are not opinion writers. Same with the right. However, we've devolved as a society to a point where people just have their itching ears scratched with what they want to hear. Thus, on CNN, Trump can't burp with out it being Russian Collusion, and Biden can't fall up enough stairs for them to care at all. The opposite applies to Fox. It's a mess.
