  1. Correct. At NO point did she ever simply admit that TPUSA does NOT in any way support them, as per the email. She INSISTED on maintaining her original accusation and simply implied she was not understood correctly. That SHOULD leave her open to legal recourse.

So TPUSA are Nazi sympathizers." "OK, so TPUSA said they condemn the Nazis but we all know they let them in anyway, so they still condone Nazis you guys..." "OK, so they didn't really let them in, but they endorsed them outside the event where they were." "OK, they didn't allow the Nazis in to conference per se, and they do openly condemn them...but they allowed the Nazis in to their hearts, and their hearts were in the conference, so the Nazis were still let in the conference in a sense." "OK, we are being told we will get sued in to oblivion if we keep openly slandering these folks, so we're sorry. They didn't endorse any Nazis or let any Nazis in at any time."
