If I am REMOTELY centrist, given the outcome today in NY, I am RUNNING away from the Democrat party and to the Trump camp if ONLY because of how dangerous a precedent was just set for our nation. If my vote for Trump was ONLY to ensure we stay even keel as a nation and not devolve in to outright lawfare against every political opponent...I'm voting Trump. Even if I have to hold my nose.

@DJHA-jp5xp There must be evidence. There is none. The crime itself has yet to be defined. Much less the evidence of it. What I am saying is Democrats just opened a can of worms they will regret opening. This 100% guaranteed will be overturned on appeal on count of it being wholly unconstitutional in a number of ways. Therefore, Democrats will FOREVER be known as the party who purposely ripped apart the constitution to get a conviction for no other reason than being stuck with a rotten corpse of a candidate of their own with polls that NO man can win with.

@TheCreep69 Are you talking about when Cohen lied on the bench? Or when Stormie Daniels provided ample details about things that had nothing to do with the charges at hand in order to shape the jury's opinion for a verdict with information that was not supposed to inform their verdict?

@TheCreep69 Or maybe it was the part where the judge allowed to jury to simply agree any any number of different charges in order to get a unanimous decision, rather than all agreeing on one charge at a time for a guilty verdict? How often do you think that happens?

@TheCreep69 Nooooo, you must be thinking about the judge over a defendant who's openly contributed to movements against the defendant and had an expressed desire to stop and punish the defendant in statements outside and prior to the trial. That's definitely a way to ensure a fair trial right?

@TheCreep69 Or was it the judges daughter who works directly with the Biden campaign and was in position to make millions and millions of dollars with a guilty verdict herself which would undoubtedly benefit her father...the judge seeking to ensure said guilty verdict? Was that the part?
