That was for one reason. He knew he was going in and he didn't want the original reason to be the only one other prisoners knew of. Doesn't matter though. This is a well known case now, and the detail are SURELY known to prisoners anywhere he may go. He's likely waiting to be offed at this point knowingly or unknowingly. He will not make it wherever he's going...and I'm not upset about that at all.

God bless this principle and all the parents for being SO aware and alert. In a place that's supposed to be safe, it can be easy to let your guard down...my confidence in the administration of the school would be much higher after this.

Yeah that is kinda shocking. At the VERY LEAST a misdemeanor. That's seems like a given lol

100% The writing was on the wall from the start of course, but the officers knew what they needed, and they were gonna push and push till they got it. He was not being let go.

No doubt about it. Unfortunately, we can't be arrested for crimes that are assumed. They can only arrest for what they have clear cut evidence for. At best, purely legally speaking, he was disturbing the peace and enticing a child. We KNOW what what he was thinking, but that can't be pursued in court. Bad as we'd like it to for these types.

The simple fact that the guards purposely attempted to escalate the situation was the end of any defense. SHOULD have been nothing more than "Please leave and don't come back. Have a great day.", but to pester the guy removed any defensive argument from these guys.

If it's any consolation, this absolute scum bag is certain to get real quick prison justice.

The hard part is that we, and the officers, and everyone with a brain know. It's obvious what was going on. But, unfortunately or fortunately (depending on who you are), you can not be charged for what it is assumed you were going to do. Perhaps street justice will find him before it's too late...

It's a VERY difficult thing. The cop knows what's up, the parents obviously know what's up...but the fact is, in that moment, there wasn't enough for an arrest. Of COURSE dad wanted to kill the guy, and OF COURSE the cop was on the same page, but as an officer he is bound by the process.

@K65M31R Oh 100%. It's probably a bit more complicated at a public school, but all socials should ABSOLUTELY be privatized with admin or some other social media manager having to approve every request and ensure the requestor IS a parent or legal guardian of a student enrolled. Leaving it wide open allows anyone and everyone to know what's happening, where it's happening, and who will be there. Very dangerous as we can see. Again, may be pretty complicated to manage that way, but I'd rather it be complicated and managed anyway than have to rescue or recover a child victim that's been brutally violated by scumbags like this cause it wasn't.

There's no reason your schools socials should be publicly viewable. It may be a lot to manage as a larger school, but it should be as private as possible, with requests to join the page reviewed by admin prior to admittance. That can serve quite well to keep these scum sucking sacks of shit from eyeballing specific event details and whatnot.

I get having a dark sense of humor to deal with the day to day darkness that comes with the job...but JESUS.

This is a lesson in keeping your ego in check. For both sides. As a security guard or anyone in a position of any sort of authority...no reason to try and flex on anyone for no legitimate reason. As a "Freddy"...just say whatever, and find another store to take pallets from. Nothing at all worth getting so heated over on either side. Now a wife is forever without her husband, and this clown gets 25 to life all because he couldn't keep his ego in check.
