He has no more energy. He has not more strength left to challenge, engage, etc...all he can do mentally and physically each day at this point is shuffle around and repeat the same talking points because it does NOT require him to expend more energy than he absolutely must.   11. Hurricanes can literally stop and change right off the coast line. I've seen it, I've lived through it. With that, you can't just evacuate an entire coast line. You make calls based on the information you have at the time, and you adjust as the information changes. It's outright shitty to slam any governor for something like this, but we know he was gonna get slammed no matter what happened just because of who he is.
