  4. He's doing this out of political expediency. It's hurting him politically to not just do it, so he has chosen to do it to help his political and public image. He didn't do it out of love for her. He didn't do it because he just want's to include her in the family. He's been forced in to it to try and repair his own image. Just showing the hell up at the ports and saying "we are getting to work on this for you", even if you don't have any plan, will at least garner short term support. They literally just have to try.   10. We currently have a 5-4 decision in favor of overturning. Can you see WHY Democrat leaders are dragging their feet providing extra protection? They are HOPING SOMEONE has some success here so they can be replaced. They'll never outright say it, but the sheer unwillingness to act on it tells you just as much.

  28. At this point, the court is obligated to uphold the leaked decision. Any deviation from that WILL be interpreted as being influenced by outside political pressure and the court can not function that way. Purely as a matter of demonstrating that they can not and will not be influenced like that, they are obligated to uphold it. The violence that ensues thereafter, is gonna happen, but I'll take that violence any day over a court that can be violently coerced to rule in particular ways.

It's common sense. Biological females should not be forced to compete physically with biological males. There's an inherent difference between the two in many many ways.
