  2. Well, as a private company they technically can do what they wish. The old "Right to refuse service" clause. It's a good thing, but it can be abused...as we see here. The only way to correct it is for the market to speak to it. They speak dollar signs and that's it.

This is not legal and police SHOULD be involved here if he is posing a deadly threat to the Walsh family...how can it be possible that law enforcement are simply allowing open death threats to go unchecked?
