  1. CLEARLY this girl and her brother grew up with absolutely zero boundaries and without EVER hearing the word "NO". Nothing but a stiff sentence can try and set reality in for at least her at this point. Maybe that won't even work. As for her brother...I'd wager he'll be back in jail shortly if he doesn't straighten out.
