And that importance transcends time, it transcends languages, it transcends culture, it transcends it all. The truths were as real and relevant at the time they were spoken by Jesus himself and written down, as they are today, and will be thousands of years from now.

For someone to not realize these guys were white UNTIL the trial says two HUGE things.   11. Had a roommate that was a maintenance drinker, and started adding Xanax in the mix. There was a distinct change in his behavior. He never resorted to stealing our rent money for alcohol, but he quickly stole the rent money and got us all evicted when he started the xanax. That crap is NOTHING to mess with.

  12. I mean speaking on the subject of the bible, it's very possible he is at a crossroads with his spirituality. He has discovered the truths inherent in the bible itself, and I suspect he may be at a crossroads of actually acknowledging that Jesus is the Truth, and trying to (on a human scale) wrap that realization around everything he's ever known up till now. As much of a thinker as he is, that is probably a LOT to unpack.

Maybe he is exactly where you say he's at, maybe he's internally struggling with the realization that maybe Jesus is the answer, and is just not quite ready to openly admit it. Perhaps it's neither and we are both entirely wrong. He's the only one that knows for sure right now, and anything else is pure conjecture. I've been willing to admit that though. At at the end, it doesn't really matter which side, if either ours, he lands on. I'm purely throwing darts based on what I see personally.

Often, the people you find the nicest and most approachable, are also the ones you can give and take jabs with, make fun each others race, hair, brother, sister, etc, and KNOW you will not be taken seriously by it. By contrast, these protestors are showing themselves to be insufferable hags.

Yeaaaa, "allegedly" is a term used when there is not conclusive proof beyond reasonable doubt of something (typically pertaining to criminal investigations of course), but using the term "allegedly" in regards to actual bones that have been found by real people and have been recorded as literally existing...is just a horrific misuse of the word.

An entire island, visited by 100s and 100s of world leaders, designed exclusively for child sex crimes. SHOULD be the largest and most well known/covered scandal in human history, but everyone who is NOT actively trying to follow it has already forgotten about it. If the powers that be can steer everyone away from it THAT efficiently, the powers that be ABSOLUTELY will find a way to keep it going.
