The Netherlands need money from Italy not the other way around. Togheter with Germany and France, they are the largest economies in Europe. The Netherlands is one of the largest net contributors to the EU, but receives little in return. For example, when will the loans be repaid what the Netherlands lent to southern Europe? Where did all the money go? If you want money, they just knock on the door of their corrupt government who are to lazy to reform. The Netherlands is not an IV to keep the rest of Europe afloat. That,s also why the Britisch stepped out!

If Italy is so big with a strong economy why can,t you safe yourself financially? The Netherlands is indeed small and also has its problems regarding corona and the Netherlands must also prepared for an economic crisis. Don,t forget that all that money that Rutte donates in the first place belongs to the ordinary Dutch taxpayer who haven had to hand in a large part of their pension for that. You think the Netherlands is small, but its very rich. Your government knows that too. And that is not only because of our economy or prosperity, but also because the Netherlands has kept is commitments by reforming. And that is what your government has always forsaken from generosity . The Netherlands and other northern country,s should not always become a financial infusion of Eastern and Southern Europa. That,s why the British have also stepped out.

@Marcus Licinius Crassus Consul Italy Italy whit is 60 million people pays indeed 15.2 billion but the Italian pays less remittance per year than the dutch with is 17 million inhabitants. The problem with Italy is that you want to spend money on the poor people but have run into too high a public debt that has still not been resolved. In addition, you not know a system of benefits such as the Netherlands does. No work in Italy means no income. You must the courage to learn to cut back on what the Netherlands has done for years.

@pnduarte4696 That money is not yours! These are loans and gifts from Dutch taxpayers who are also among the largest net payers in the EU. Italy has been a source of concern for Europe for years because your economy is not at all piggybacking with the northern European country,s. This is due to your weak policy and governance. You are 70 percent above 60 percent of the GDP debt standard. All those billions are wasted by you on the economie and infrastructure, while you do not realize that significant cuts must also be made on certain fronts. With corona as an excuse, billions are being transferred to Southern Europe and an average Dutch family now pays about 4000 euro a year. Thanks a lot! The EU ultimately consists of the Northern member states that pay and the Southern member states that spend.

@pnduarte4696 You don,t no what y,our talking about. Why does Italy need billions because of corona? Northern Europe also suffers from corona, wich as resulted in fatalities and certain medium-sized companies and buisiness being locked down. This is because you have no accumulated buffer because your country has been heavily indebted to the EU for years. During the first crisis in 2007 and 2008, each member state had a to economise and reform according to the EU rules. The European commission controls the budgets of all member states. And that as been rejected for Italy. After Greece with a government debt of 180 precent, Italy has a government debt of 130 procentwhile the standard is 60 percent. That meens that Italy have to pay 65 billion a year in repayment and interest. Like the Netherlands , Italy can have a strong economie, but that has not mean that Italy will only use the money for the poverty,research of infrastructure of your country, but that Italy also use it to pay off his national debt and budget norm. Italy has to cut 33 billion this way. And that does not help by constantly asking billions in loans from other member states without wanting to pay of. Because of this kind of jokes, the Dutch worker has to pay for it. They are cut back on their pension , have to work longer until the age of 67 and pay high taxus and excise duties on everything. These are matters that the French citizen who is already retiring at the age of 62 and the Italian citizen should also do in order to see their own government debt disolved.

@pnduarte4696 It is also good that the Netherlands is a tax haven, because otherwise many Italian multinationals who use the dutch relaxed tax rules for company,s would fall over or move abroud.

blah blah blah blah blah blah Italy has 240 billion national debt. The measures taken by Italy were always less extensive than in the Netherlands and Germany. So Italy cannot afford to borrow even more money. Is it a Dutch reproach that he says that he did pay wage tax this week and that the rich Italians refuse to do so? @pnduarte4696 As an Italian, you would also not be happy if your country always pays off the solve the national debt of other country,s with loans and gifts. The point is that the Dutch must even hand in their part of their pension for this every time, and have to pay more tax every year and continue working until the age of 67 from next year in 2021. Italians will not continue working until their 67th in 2022. The French can simply continue to retire with 62 and wealthy Italians receive a VAT reduction and 500 euro extra holiday pay each. Thanks to Dutch tax cents that are given a way as gifts to southern Europe . Italy needs to reform or else its better that you get out of the EU with your weaker currency because the northern European people are now tired of wiping your ass every time.

@pnduarte4696 I hope it will at least be good for Italy. Italy should have reformed much earlier and more drastically to avoid problems like this. What if another crisis comes after you have received the 209 billion of wich 127 billion as a loan from the recovery fund? Because by increasing the budget deficit even further, the quistion is whether country,s suchs as the Netherlands will still get their loans back. Because it is borrowed money that does not come from the EU piggy bank itself, but directly from the wallets of the member states. It is logical that Rutte Italy reproaches that the country can not keep its own pants while the Netherlands, wich is also affected by corona itself , did not even have to ask for money.

@pnduarte4696 The money that Italy misses trough the Netherlands as a tax haven is not the cause of the problem. Do you firmly believe if that where not the case that all nurses in the Italian health care would become super rich? And if the Netherlands is not a tax haven, there are still other country,s where the Italian rich hide there mony. The problem lies with the government itself. In, Spain, too everything goes wrong due to the large size of the black economy. And let me not talk about corruption, even among politicians. As an Italian , you would also not be happy if the Netherlands increased its government debts to 180 precent and than asked for mony support from Italy and then made up again with the same government debt, so that the Netherlands again asked for money support. Even with the hope that Brussels will remit the fines to the Netherlands.

@pnduarte4696 ""comes from the EU" Thats just only the 81 billion. The127 billion extra is borrowed from member states with strong credit ratings at very favorable interest rates. It is clearly an acknowledgement that your country simply cannot keep its pants up, unlike member states that can.
