Criticism is fine, I would do that where I believe it is warranted. I would never knowingly desecrate any sacred text though.

@PipBin Memory is, by it's nature, a temporary medium. Books age and are often damaged and disposed of, that is just part of everyday life. The wilful damage or destruction of a religious text is an intentional act designed to give insult to a particular group in the most hurtful way. There is no equivalence.
