  1. Two options for waste. Worst option. Store it in ponds until it cools then vitrify it and bury it. Best option: Store it in ponds temporarily then reprocess it to remove the uranium and actinides for fuel use. Vitrify and bury and unwanted fission products. Is that elaborate enough?

  6. Cost: India is running nuclear for the price of solar, Proliferation: Strawman. Waste: Not an issue. The technology to deal with it has been available for years. Improved methods on the drawing board.
