  1. You could do a lot worse than to look at the CANDU design in Australia.

  2.  @polarbear7255  CANDU are not fast breeder reactors, they can "burn" non enriched fuel because they use heavy water (deuterium oxide) rather than standard water as the moderator. Deuterium oxide absorbs fewer neutrons, leaving more to find the fissile U235. They are a good design though.
