  1. Spot on. I can't wait for the film version of Artemis, which features a (non-practicing) Muslim woman as the main lead, because I thoroughly enjoyed the book. I would be pissed though if they chose to make her a middle class, white, Christian toting a pair of Desert Eagles.

  2.  @trenta.958  2017 novel by Andy Weir (The Martian) Tells the story of a girl living on the moon, working as a porter (and smuggler) who becomes involved in a plot to take control of the city. They were planning a movie but it was delayed by the Covid outbreak. Worth a read, I just hope they stick to the story when they do make the movie. (Yes I looked up the details, I listened to it on audible)
