@mandarinandthetenrings2201 He knows exactly what he is talking about and is correct. Shortages may indeed be common and not just in Germany, but for the government/military leadership to run down ammunition stocks to the point where ships have to sail into a conflict zone with insufficient ammunition is as unprofessional as it gets. There might be some excuse if this were weeks into a conflict, but this is the navy's first deployment.

@mandarinandthetenrings2201 They may not be as advanced technologically, but they can produce the numbers and have the will to allocate resources the west do not appear willing to match.
