I think a more multi-party based proportional ranked-choice voting system would help South Korea alongside job control (workplace autonomy), building more affordable housing/a Georgist land value tax to incentivize more productive & efficienct use of land in the country/Citizen's dividend plus maybe the legislature being reformed into a Social Corporatist legislature might help as well with the Economic sectors and social classes of South Korea represented to work together in an interdependent way to help solve the country's problems.....
