France has been inhabited by many peoples throughout time but became a proto-national state with the melding together of romanized Gauls, germanic peoples like the Franks, bretons & occitans in a 'natural process' of nation-building over centuries. Meanwhile, Israel was set up on top of a land that was forming it's own proto-national identity with Arab nationalism under the Ottomans with the creation of israel after ww2 as a settler colonial state with discriminatory Apartheid-like policies against Palestinians e.g. settlements in the west bank & the blockade of the gaza strip + current israeli necroviolence/war against gazans, despite its own favourable treatment of some negev bedouin, druze, arameans & other minorities. So you need to educate yourself further on this topic.

Honestly, a way to resolve this would be to have Civic* American Nationalism and more inter-ethnic/Interracial marriages to have "reverse-ethnostate accelerationism" to speed up the mixing up of all American identities into a melting pot. But then again, I could be wrong and ofcourse the USA isn't a ethnostate.
