This is a minimum, because we do not take into account 1) missing persons, because 2) some of the soldiers from Odessa are probably buried in other places - villages, suburbs nearby, for example.
But Ukrainians, of course, will continue to believe their TV that they have only 15 thousand dead, and "orcs are dying 10 times more." True, they can't find anything like the Odessa cemetery in Russia even for money (they tried!), but that's it.
