This is neither hot nor cold for Russia and the hostilities in Ukraine, because ANY leader of the NATO bloc is a Russophobe by default, spewing threats and making plans to seize Russian territories. There is nothing surprising here, simply the NATO bloc exists with the sole purpose - the elimination first of the USSR, and now Russia as a powerful and unified state, in order to provide the Anglo-Saxons (the world oligarchy) comfortable control of all key processes in the world.
