@shuttlespace04 Dude, study history and facts. Afghanistan did not defeat the USSR, but prospered with it. Since the USSR built schools and infrastructure there and supplied Afghanistan. When the USSR collapsed, he simply abandoned this country and began to deal with internal problems.

@richardsanders.4624 The number has not been the same for a long time. Most refugees have left the country, while others are hiding from mobilization. Part of the population has been in Russia for a long time. This figure was when Ukraine was intact and after that there was no population census for a long time.
