Let us remind you that earlier today the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced the death of soldiers of the 128th mountain assault brigade “Transcarpathia” of the Ukrainian Armed Forces as a result of a Russian missile attack. The department said that the soldiers died in the Zaporozhye direction. The media wrote that the blow was struck during the presentation of awards to the military in one of the front-line Zaporozhye villages. At first it was reported that 20 people were killed, but, as Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada deputy Aleksey Kucherenko later said, 28 people were killed as a result of the strike. Another 52 were injured. Kucherenko also noted that some “particularly smart officer thought of organizing a ceremonial award ceremony” in the front-line village of Dimitrovo, where Ukrainian artillerymen became an easy target for the Russian military.
