Previously, the An-124 was assembled at two factories - in Ulyanovsk and Kyiv. The last Russian aircraft was produced in 2004, and the Ukrainian one in 2003.

Antonov and his engineering staff were Russians who lived on the territory of the Ukrainian SSR and it was decided to open production in Ukraine. And don’t forget that aircraft production is a cooperation of all factories in Russia; Antonov cannot independently produce a full cycle of aircraft. The An-124 was produced in Ulyanovsk and now they are planning to create it there. Russia began to produce its serial turbojet engines PD-14 and PD-35 and no longer depends on Ukrainian motors, but in Ukraine all the factories have died.

The RSFSR and Russia are the legal successor of the USSR and paid all debts because they maintained subsidy centers like Ukraine, the republics appeared as separate units from the provinces of Tsarist Russia and made up the Russian Empire. Ukraine has existed for 30 years and is a failed state living by war and on handouts from external administration and supplies, there is no democracy in Ukraine now at all, laws are violated and religion is oppressed, people are grabbed on the street and sent to war.

Two groups of experts are working to mark the border line on the ground and are checking facts with available maps. Based on the fact that Russia is the legal successor of the USSR (this is confirmed by decisions of international courts on disputes about the property of the former USSR abroad), the territory on which Ukraine is now located within the borders of the USSR - Little Russia and Novorossiya - is the property of Russia. And no one now has the right to dispose of this territory without the consent of Russia, the legal owner of this territory. Essentially, now Russia only needs to make a statement about this and declare the specified territory to be the territory of Russia, warning, among other things, that everything that happens on the specified territory is Russia’s internal affair. And any interference will be considered as actions against Russia. As a result, you can cancel the results of the illegal elections on May 25, and then do everything as the People want! According to the Budapest Memorandum (1994) and other agreements, Russia cannot have obligations, since there are no borders. There is no and there was no state of Ukraine de jure! And after the Maidan coup, the war of the junta, the “Right Sector” and the so-called National Guard under the auspices of the USA and NATO using heavy artillery, aviation and other destructive weapons against their own people, hundreds of victims in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Donetsk, Lugansk, Odessa Khatyn and others settlements, atrocities against citizens, deaths of children, women and civilians - there is no moral right for the existence of this entity called Ukraine.
