  8.  @justspartak  Russia, as we know, is the only successor state to the USSR. It recently became known that as a result of the above events, measures to officially legitimize the state borders of Ukraine have not yet been taken. A sensation occurred on April 7, 2014, when UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon (the 8th representative of South Korea to take office since 2007) made a sensational statement, which was banned for distribution in Western and Ukrainian media. The issue of the conflict between Ukraine and Russia was put on the agenda of the UN Security Council. As a result, they came to the conclusion: Ukraine has not registered its borders since December 25, 1991. The UN did not draw or register the borders of Ukraine as a sovereign state. Thus, from the point of view of international law, there were and could not be any offenses on the part of Russia in relation to Ukraine. According to the CIS agreement, the territory of Ukraine is an administrative district of the USSR. Within the framework of international law, the country simply does not have an officially approved border. To solve this problem, Ukraine must complete the demarcation of borders with neighboring states with the mandatory consent of border states, including Russia. For this reason, it can be considered that there cannot be any claims, both in relation to Crimea, which, on the basis of a popular referendum, joined Russia, and in relation to the independent Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, united as part of the new state of Novorossiya. Will Russia sign a border treaty with Ukraine? - Of course not! Despite this, demarcation work was urgently started. Two groups of experts are working to mark the border line on the ground and are checking facts with available maps. Based on the fact that Russia is the legal successor of the USSR (this is confirmed by decisions of international courts on disputes about the property of the former USSR abroad), the territory on which Ukraine is now located within the borders of the USSR - Little Russia and Novorossiya - is the property of Russia. And no one now has the right to dispose of this territory without the consent of Russia, the legal owner of this territory. Essentially, now Russia only needs to make a statement about this and declare the specified territory to be the territory of Russia, warning, among other things, that everything that happens on the specified territory is Russia’s internal affair. And any interference will be considered as actions against Russia. As a result, you can cancel the results of the illegal elections on May 25, and then do everything as the People want! According to the Budapest Memorandum (1994) and other agreements, Russia cannot have obligations, since there are no borders. There is no and there was no state of Ukraine de jure! And after the Maidan coup, the war of the junta, the “Right Sector” and the so-called National Guard under the auspices of the USA and NATO using heavy artillery, aviation and other destructive weapons against their own people, hundreds of victims in Slavyansk, Kramatorsk, Donetsk, Lugansk, Odessa Khatyn and others settlements, atrocities against citizens, deaths of children, women and civilians - there is no moral right for the existence of this entity called Ukraine.
