With an open-circuit UBA for a bottom time of 30 minutes requires an ascend time of about 400 minutes due to all the decompression stops that need to be made. Even with a mixed-gas closed-circuit UBA you still need an ascend time of about 300 minutes depending on the equipment type. It would take multiple dives over the course of about two weeks in the middle of a no anchor zone. This would definitely draw the attention of the local maritime authority.
