@Sean-giang Spokesperson is claiming territorial sovereignty over the islands, which the PCA did not address. Therefore she's correct in the statement that territorial sovereignty is the precondition for maritime rights and interests, and not the other way around.

The ruling from the PCA does not include a determination of sovereignty over the islands in the South China Sea according to paragraph 5: "Accordingly, this Tribunal has not been asked to, and does not purport to, make any ruling as to which State enjoys sovereignty over any land territory in the South China Sea, in particular with respect to the disputes concerning sovereignty over the Spratly Islands or Scarborough Shoal." I would actual read the ruling before you make yourself look like a bigger fool...🤣😂🤣😂
