This means China gets to build eight more nuclear subs, which they will complete before Australia gets the blueprints for their subs, and park them 12 nautical miles outside of Los Angeles. You know what's good for the goose...

@mtro_official Iran should start highly enriching uranium for their new submarine program acquired from China to keep peace and stability in the Persian Gulf. 🤣😂🤣😂

@mtro_official So there are no issues with Iran having highly enriched uranium for their new submarine program? Iran, like Australia, is also a signatory to the NPT plus their religious leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, who is the highest authority in the country, issued a fatwa declaring nuclear weapons as harem or forbidden. Remember it's not about nuclear weapons, Iranians just want this advanced technology. As for "do you know much about Li When Liong", of course that's irrelevant and a red herring to the topic of nuclear proliferation.

@mtro_official Then why didn't Australia buy the French subs which actually use low grade enriched uranium? You didn't know the original configuration of those subs uses a nuclear reactor, but were being specially built for diesel use only? Maybe it has sometime to due with complying with the NPT? It's funny how facts get in the way of a narrative.

@mtro_official Australia could have purchased the advanced technology from France, but choose to purchase diesel instead? Why are you avoiding this question?

@mtro_official If they wanted nuclear subs in the first place why did they order diesel powered instead?
1
@mtro_official Once again avoiding the question, so I will make it simple for you. France has subs available that are nuclear powered with low grade enriched uranium. Australia orders these subs, but in the contract specifically requests they be redesigned by removing the nuclear propulsion system and replacing it with a diesel electric system. Why did Australia do this if they wanted this advanced technology in the first place? Answer? Because It has nothing to do with wanting this technology and has everything to do with extending US military capability through a vassal state. I know you understand this concept, so saying otherwise is rather foolish.

@mtro_official Guess who's number two in nuclear energy? Guess who's never had a serious nuclear accident? Guess where 70% of electricity is produced with nuclear energy? It looks like France has some world class technology, but somehow Australia decides not to use this and goes instead with diesel electric?
1
@mtro_official ... because they had to redesign the subs to use diesel electric instead of the nuclear propulsion system. 🤣😂🤣😂
