  1. No because TikTok is following all applicable laws in the United States. TikTok is only being banned because they are of Chinese origin. Youtube is owned by Google, which was never banned and left voluntarily from the Chinese market.

  6.  @FakeReal007  No it's not the same thing since congress has created what is called a bill of attainder, which is legislation which punishes an individual or group without a judicial trial. Bills of attainder violate article 1 section 9 and article 1 section 10 of the US Constitution.
