@titan480 If a government institutes a policy of only accepting their currency with regards to foreign transactions then a force majure is declared since this is outside of the control of the parties who signed the contract. Force majure clauses normally include unforeseen "acts of civil or military authority,” “acts, regulations, or laws of any government,” or “government order or regulation.” Remember that corporations are considered separate entities, even if majority owned by the government.
