  9. The Manila Times has heard the recording and the editorial board is demanding the government in Manila address these claims. Sensitive information is usually released to the press first to lend legitimacy and reach a wider audience. However it could have also be released to the press in order for the Bongbong administration to come clean and save face. If there's no movement I expect the next step is going to be a China MFA press conference with a full audio release.
