@stefanx5470 Developers can re-compile to the new platform. With all the tools available plus generative AI it's not a big issue like in the past.

@stefanx5470 Long time? Apple did it, now it's Huawei. China is moving to a RISC based architecture and since they're on the cutting edge that's where the industry is starting to head towards. Of course it's not going to be overnight, but the x86 platform will slowly not be the end all because of it's proprietary nature. One again you don't have a lock on information that's easily available to anyone.
