TikTok already got a stay from US courts not once but twice when Trump attempted a forced sale. I'm guessing this would also occur if Biden or Congress attempted the same.

@mudshovel 289 Government devices? Of course you can ban anything. Do you think these government devices have Porn Hub or Only Fans on them? As for private devices you have to show cause otherwise it's considered arbitrary and capricious. Equal protection under the law...⚖
