  2.  @ConstitutionDefeatsTyranny  Well, it's a good thing she had one in this case because parents should not be drunk driving with their children in the car, either. Is that really all you get from this? How can you sympathize with a drunk driver?

  4. I won't dwell on this, and I know everyone has freedom of speech, but I need to say this anyway. I can't believe the number of comments I ran into making this about kids having phones or not. I didn't even want to read any further at the risk of getting myself more upset. If you drink and drive with your child or children in the car, you're already failing as a parent because that is just dangerous and irresponsible. She even said sed didn't WANT him to go to jail which is clearly because she loved him anyway, but she was scared for her life. Wouldn't you have been, particularly if you were that young? It must've broken her heart to do what she did! At least I know that penguinz0 would never defend this guy. You'll know from a couple of his videos, maybe more, I don't know, that he would never excuse, defend, nor sympathize with a drunk driver.  That's all I'm going to say.
