Comments by "Scott Napolitan" (@ScottNapolitan) on "Evil Family Youtuber Arrested" video.

  1. I'm not here to watch this video, only to pause it and spill my guts rationally and honestly by posting this comment. Ever since the arrest it's been, "Ruby this and Ruby that," which is very logical because she's the one who has been charged with the hideous crime of child abuse. But the question is, what about Kevin? He was their father just as much as Ruby their mother. We all know in every immediate family it's the responsibility of both parents to make sure their kids are safe, not just one or the other. I hear these claims that he didn't know about it, but I find that hard to believe. Here are some red flags. 1. He seemed to team Ruby when she not only didn't bring Eve's lunch to school for her when she'd forgotten it, but also told the teacher who called her not to let the other kids share with her, so she could learn a lesson by going hungry. He justified the means with the end by saying she never forgot it again after that. 2. Shari, the firstborn, was one of the first, maybe the first Franke kid to speak out about life at home, and she left the channel and moved out ahead of time. In other words, there was maltreatment going on when she was still living with them, and that's easily when Kevin was still living there. He was clearly home often enough to be in all their videos, making it less likely or believable that he didn't know. (His attorney, of course, makes that claim.)  3. When Ruby was arrested, you know Kevin knew then, and he just didn't seem very upset, worried, or concerned for a father who just then found out his children were being abused. All he seemed to care about was self-exoneration, reuniting as a family, as he said, when it's about love, not blood, and on top of all that, he continues to defend Ruby. That just doesn't strike me as a devastated father as most would be if they just found out something like this, be the abuse by the other parent or someone else. And in some cases, that manipulated pawn claim can have validity, but in my book, not when the crime is child abuse, particularly if they're your own children. But I doubt that's the case. According to something else I heard he said, I think he just didn't care. He may or may not have committed one or more acts himself, or maybe his realm was either sexual, verbal, or psychological abuse, but there's a lack of evidence, but that really stops mattering once you prove something else. I think he knew it was happening and did nothing about it, which is just as bad, maybe worse. These six innocent children were all failed by the two people who were supposed to love and protect them. Let's just say what was once 8 Passengers is now 6 Victims.
