  1. 2:37 That's true, refried beans taste pretty good even though they don't have the most attractive color. In fact, when I was a school kid and the cafeteria was serving, "Mexican Tostadas," I would always bring my lunch those days. While I hadn't right away learned this choice word, in my own youthful words, I could only think, "WTF is that crap spread all over that giant thing, diaper shit?" But I learned over the years that you can't judge a book by the cover. In fact, along with Italian and Chinese, Mexican is another favorite of mine when it comes to ethnic cooking. (Some things take adjusting when they are different than what you are used to.)
