He’s trolling, the girl was just crossing the street, not playing in it, and at the corner, too, but it seems the driver was “playing” behind the wheel, on his/her phone, taking or texting, rather than paying attention to the road, how about asking how dare they give a license to someone like the driver? (I mean on John Brennan’s part, not yours.)

  5. IDK, it’s pretty clear to me. Sadly I have already come across some troll comments blaming the child. (Those should be reported and removed.) I blame the driver, I even watched the footage a number of times, this was a neighborhood street, where the speed limit is lower, and there’s no way the driver of this car was not exceeding it. Plus the girl was crossing at the corner where she was supposed to. The driver was either daydreaming, under the influence, or talking or texting on his or her phone. And while the running over may have been an accident, driving away was not. Driver’s 100% at fault!
