  1. I would like if the army spend extra time figuring out what changes would lead to better soldiers before implementing it. Also today's youth is highly antisocial thanks to dysfunctional families/society and the popularity of smartphones and videogames. If somehow the military manages to fix that behavior, I think all the force will be better for it for decades to come.
