  1. Here 100$ is about half a monthly salary for 70% of the country. Basically only business and government don't pirate it because they can get sued. Plus it's not like those 10$ keys are actually official.

All I have to say is that the more time a developer spends on the technical side of their games the better, as it is know-how that will carry over DLCs and a new game. Their complaints come from rushed releases and crunch development often with devs also struggling with the series X. A real challenge is putting the witcher 3 on the switch. I won't say you are without merit however, because developing for the series S still costs money in the form of development time.

  5. That's what happens when you put the marketing department in charge. That's literally the people who sole job is to take the most out of you. Even if in good faith, that mindset will bleed into other areas and often this approach does not work out. Also... why tf would you diversify management in a company where people are more than happy to work at? If anything we should be copying them, not telling them how to run their business. Let's be real here, who really thinks diversity is more important than decent working conditions?
