  3. It is not that simple. If it is not houses, it will be cars, if not cars, it will be colledge. In reality it is all of those things simultaneously and the only thing that could solve this issue is if Black Rock and other megainvestment funds ceases to exist. So what I propose is a hard cap on how much capital these funds are allowed to hold so we never end with another Black Rock ever again.
