  4. The Endgame of real state is that the whole economy will crumble over it. Young people are less inclined to get a job if they never leave their parents and now we will have less and less young people in the first place. Let's take a moment to appreciate how boomers destroy everything they touch for personal gain.

  6.  @andeleon6838  definitely not having kids, my reasoning is that the future is no place where I think my children can grow up healthy, since dysfunctional families are the norm and I am not gambling my child's future into being the exception.
