  1. Public transit won't solve your issue. A scooter will always be more convenient and if it is cheaper in the long run, there is no contest between the two. Personally I would build scooter "highways". I mean, scooters are already pretty good in terms of mass transit and with such a high ownership, I think it is worth it to spend some money in taking scooters away from cars and pedestrians.😂 ... Although I prefer ebikes. Lighter is usually better with EVs.
