  1. You know, i am ok with downloading roms because its usually software that isn't commercially viable anymore for the industry. On the other hand the industry fights against emulation not to legitimately protect their intelectual property but to keep potential costumers away of old software so they can sell you the big next thing. And i don't even think big game industry should have the right to complain about those chinese companies who put thousands of roms on their devices if they don't provide that software in a similar way.
