  1. Evtols are out of the question of anything but light vehicles. Hybrids however could become a thing.

  5. @simoneglobemaster  I have to say your skepticism looks a bit silly. First, mounting a big single battery on that thing is counterintuitive. There is no reason to concentrate that weight on a single point, putting more stress in the frame than necessary. You shouldn't be worrying about batteries failing, but about batteries burning. And again, mostly there isn't a reason for this thing to autorotate, if one battery starts burning midair others should be more than enough to land the aircraft safely, same with rotors.
