HONORGUARD308 jeez where does one start with this willful ignorance? 1) Chrissy is not accusing or charging him with rape 2) it's didn't get uploaded to youtube. Pay fucking attention, will ya? Someone posted comments about the video in the youtube comment section 3) It's not simply a mistake to upload something without a person's consent especially of this nature then post everywhere about it

HONORGUARD308 implying is not the same as accusing so unless she decides to press rape charges there is nothing to investigate. And nothing else what you wrote matters in this situation. Uploading personally sensitive material without their permission particularly to sabotage someone is wrong. And 2hat sober person would agree to having a private encounter uploaded to the internet? Stop being ridiculous!

HONORGUARD308 It's not my opinion that your original comments were wrong. It's a fact. 1) Nothing Chambers ACTUALLY said was about pressing rape charges. It's not even the issue. 2) no one uploaded the video to youtube 3) It's not about getting over a mistake. It's about this guy later uploading a very personal video of her later without her permission then allegedly posting comments on her youtube channel to where people could find it. Also calling me ignorant makes me think you need a dictionary as you are misusing the word in this case.

HONORGUARD308 a bigot? You keep using words you don't understand, you dumb doofus! How does me calling you a crackpot for suggesting this is all a convoluted scheme for attention and/or money make me a bigot? FFS make sense! Just saying it could be false is not insightful or relevant. You have to give reasons and evidence. The burden of proof is on you and just shrugging your shoulders saying "we don't really know" is a pathetic cop-out. We're not talking about gods and ghosts here. The idea that Chambers would go thru this monumental effort in order to get attention or get back at an ex she hasn't seen in years is absolutely ridiculous. FFS you lack the good common sense God gave a jackass.

HONORGUARD308 what other side of the story is there? The asshole uploaded a private video of her then posted about it on her channel. You seriously think there is a defense to that? If you think she went thru the effort to film herself from several years ago then post it about before going to the UK to press legal charges because she wanted some attention and money? It's too stupid to even contemplate but the internet being what it is there's always people like you who will belabor pointless details and create some bizarre conspiracy theory around it.
1
HONORGUARD308 no that is not the definition of a bigot otherwise every individual who called another individual an idiot would be a bigot and the word would lose it's meaning and impact. Just stop using words that are out of your lexicon. 1) The first part is an assumption based on generalizations 2) Drunken consent is not consent and it certainly is not consent for uploading a private video several years later in order to hurt someone You want to ignore and obfuscate the crux of the matter which is that filming and uploading to the public private and embarrassing details are not kosher. Acting like there is some other side of the story falls flat in the face of the reality of this situation.
1
HONORGUARD308 my god, you're an idiot who just keeps digging your hole deeper. Calling people bigots because they think your personal opinion is stupid is not bigotry. FFS stop using a word you don't understand. You keep babbling in to obfuscate the matter. Point blank - her ex-boyfriend film them having sex then some years later uploaded it to the internet in order to hurt her. There is no way his side of the story is going to change what he did. Do you not get that?
1
HONORGUARD308 still digging that hole deeper, I see. Point Blank - he uploaded that video without her permission. That is wrong. End of story.
1
HONORGUARD308 why do you belabor pointless points? He uploaded a private video without her consent or even telling her. End of story.

HONORGUARD308 stop being a disingenuous fuckwit. You have given every vague reaching-for-straw possibility. Occam's Razor. The likelihood of an 18 year old agreeing to be filmed and agreeing to have said film uploaded to the internet which occurred several years later without her knowledge is slim to none. You have an agenda here and it's a rather sinister one.
1
HONORGUARD308 Yes, you do have an agenda and it's easy to see that a blind man would notice it. Your repeated references to generalized not specific cases of women regretting choices they made is a tell-to-tale sign. Your continual avoidance of Occam's Razor is another. You want to obfuscate the issue to cast doubt and therefore make the crime seem less terrible. Plus trying to call someone a bigot because they disagree with your personal opinion is yet another sign of someone being deliberately disingenuous to further obfuscate the issue at hand.
1
HONORGUARD308 all your points go out the window because of the simple fact that that video was uploaded to the internet. This stops becoming a "he said she said" issue.
1
HONORGUARD308 you are such a dishonest disingenuous disgusting dipshit. Revenge porn is a violation of someone's privacy. Yet you honestly believe that the unlikely possibility of drunken consent somehow makes that ok. What individual thinks it's ok to upload a personal video to the internet years after they have broken up with the other person? That is not the action of a decent human being but a sociopath and it takes a sociopath to deliberately ignore this and continue to defend the action on the chance that there might have been some consent no matter how drunk or unlikely it was. You are a real piece of work, my friend. A real loathsome piece of shit piece of work. I'm done discussing this with you. I honestly challenge you to present this to people in person rather than under your anonymous handle on the internet. See how they react to your points. I guess you'll have to find people who would be willing to talk to you in the first place but it's a start.
1
HONORGUARD308 no, my view is that uploading a private video of this nature is wrong and no amount of possible yet unlikely drunken consent makes this ok. Again, you're a disingenuous despicable dipshit
1
HONORGUARD308 porn is a paid production with people who sign contracts. this is not it. You are victim blaming but you are too dishonest to just admit it.
1
HONORGUARD308 Is it too much to expect people to be accountable for their own uninfluenced actions such as uploading without express permission personal private material for public viewing? You are blaming the victim and not the one who aired the dirty laundry. Again you are too dishonest to admit the obvious.
1
HONORGUARD308 You are too victim blaming. This "maybe this maybe that" is bullshit. No one in their right mind says "hey, film me having sex then upload it and tell all my fans about it!" Especially to someone they don't want to see again. Even those celebrities infamous for their sex tapes never did that. Just stop waffling and be honest with yourself.
1
HONORGUARD308 people do that all the time is not an excuse to upload private matters without express consent to the general public. Stop defending reprehensible behavior with your weak-knee excuses
1
HONORGUARD308 dude, once that video was uploaded to the general public it went beyond a simple "he said she said" affair. It is the uploading of that video which is the issue. She obviously didn't want that uploaded and she certainly doesn't want it passed around now.
1
HONORGUARD308 he uploaded a private video without consent. What's he going to explain except that he was upset and decided to get even with her? That's why it's called "revenge porn." There's not much excuse for that type of behavior.
1
HONORGUARD308 Until he uploaded the video, he could have had his side of the story. Whatever happened that night would have just remained in the past and been between the two of them. He made it public by uploading the video to the public. Nothing he can say now about that will change the fact that he violated her privacy. He can only apologize and atone for what he did.
